CICM Global Appoints New Board to Lead Africa's Customer Experience Revolution
CICM Global has named Prof. Wynand Goosen as Board Chairman and Dr. Mary Ritz as Vice Chairperson, heading a new nine-member board set to shape the future of customer experience across Africa.
The Chartered Institute of Customer Management (CICM) has announced the appointment of a new board of directors, marking a significant milestone in the organization's continued growth as the leading voice for customer experience excellence across Africa.
The newly constituted board brings together seasoned professionals from business, academia, and industry, reflecting CICM's commitment to diverse, high-caliber leadership as it drives its mandate of satisfaction, trust, and positivity in customer management practice across the continent.
Leading the board as Chairman is Prof. Wynand Goosen, supported by Dr. Mary Ritz as Vice Chairperson. They are joined by board members Chantel Botha, Prof. Douglas Chiguvi, and MushfiQ Hopkins, each bringing specialized expertise to guide CICM's strategic direction.
Rounding out the board are Ex-Officio Members Ricky Harris, Thabo Victorius, Charlene Chibonda, and Dr. Rinos Mautsa, who continue to provide institutional leadership and continuity as CICM expands its footprint across the region.
