 South African Revenue Service (SARS) - Public Service Entities

Proof that great CX isn't limited to the private sector - SARS was recognised for its continued modernisation of digital filing and taxpayer support.

 City of Kigali - Local Authorities

Frequently cited as the best run municipality on the continent, Kigali's win reflects strong urban service delivery and management.

 DHL SA Africa - Freight, Postal and Courier Services

Recognised for its continental network reliability, cementing its place as one of the most trusted courier operators at scale.

 Mukuru - Money Transfer Agency

One of Southern Africa's strongest reputed remittance brands, rated highly on transaction reliability and customer trust.

 Beyond these highlights, winners were also named across banking, security services, healthcare, and insurance sectors a reminder that customer experience excellence in Africa is being built across every corner of the economy, not just the usual headline industries.
